The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of Alexis Fowler’s creative services, such as (but not limited to), creating print-ready files, adjusting files, color matching existing print files, redesigning existing logos, creating new graphics, performing photo or video shoots and processing the resulting visual files, as well as doing other artistic work (the “Service”) offered on the AlexisFowler.com website (the "Site"). The result of the Service is a design, photo, or video material in a digital file format (the “File”). The Service is owned and operated by Alexis Fowler (“Alexis Fowler” or “our”). 

The Service is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have policies and procedures including, without limitation, our Terms of Service, Store Policy, Privacy Policy and others available at https://www.alexisfowler.com/policy . Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are a part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you don't comply with this Agreement, don't use the Service.


How long does it take for the design to be finished?

Due to Covid-19, projects may have extended dealines. The designer will inform you, based on the work volume.

Can I pay the designer by the hour for a "quick" design as an option?

No, the designer does not have an hourly rate. Hourly pay is not an option as clients are priced for each project with a flat rate. Projects are scheduled, as the designer may have a list of projects from current clients.

I need my design done ASAP! Can you rush a design?

Yes, depending on the design(s) and deadline. If the client needs the design(s) to be rushed, 50% will be charged on top of the original price. The designer goes up and beyond for her clients.

What are the hours when the designer can assist me?

The designer's freelance hours are 5 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday. Not weekends or holidays as the designer may be active on social media. The designer will contact you during business days only, during business hours or earlier.

Please be advised that the designer will respond to you within 2 business days after you've sent an email or private message. If you sent an email on Friday or during the weekend, you will be contacted within the next two business days.

Pricing & Payments

Do I have to pay a deposit or pay in full?

A non-refundable payment of at least 50% of the total project cost is required before the Designer begins any work. It is optional for you to pay in full if you like. If a deposit is not paid, the designer will automatically move on to the next client.

How do I make a payment?

The designer will send you a price quote or invoice that will enable you to pay with your credit/debit card or Paypal.

What will happen if I cannot pay the remaining balance right now?

If the designer is not paid within net 15 (15 days) after final payment request, the designer can cancel the project at any time. The client will not have any ownership of any designs made, as the work is the copyright of the author (the designer).

Do you have a price list, flat rate, or hourly rate?

The designer has a price list for potential and returning clients to see pricing for brand packages. View branding packages and other services here. Currently, the designer uses flat rate.

What is required for me to start a project and for the designer to start?

Clients must fill out a questionnaire, sign an agreement/contract, and pay a deposit order for the designer to start any projects.


What files does the designer provide?

PSD, PNG, JPEG, AI, ETC. (Depending on the design)

How do I recieve the product?

Via email or link (Depending on the design).

Can you print these designs like business cards for me?

Yes, printing is available for certain designs. Please inquire with the designer about the design(s) you need to be printed. Shipping options are also available.

What if I do not see the service I need?

The designer is capable of providing a wide range of designs for all of your design needs. Just explain what you need and the designer will let you know if she can deliver.


I changed my mind, can I get a refund.

Once the designer started your design services, refunds are not accepted. Act immediately before designer starts the design service and a refund may be issued.
