How do I make a payment?The Designer can send you an invoice or you can book services online that will enable you to pay with a credit/debit card & Apple Pay through the website or you can pay with other payment options like below. Other payment options: Cashapp - $IAmAlexisFowler

Do you have a price list, flat rate, or hourly rate?"The Designer has a price list for all clients to view pricing for services. View services here. Currently, the Designer uses flat rates.

Do I have to pay a deposit or pay in full to start service?Services $600 or less, has to be paid in full upfront and all other services requires at least a deposit worth 50% of the total price before the Designer begins any work. If any payments aren't made, the Designer will automatically move on to the next client.

What is required for me to start a project and for the designer to start?Clients must fill out a questionnaire, sign a contract, and make a payment in order for the Designer to start a project.

What will happen if I cannot pay the remaining balance right now?If the Designer is not paid within net 15 (15 days) after final payment is requested, the Designer can cancel the project at any time. The client will not have any ownership of any designs made, as the work is the copyright of the author (the Designer).

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?"Deposits, installments and full payments are non-refundable. Clients can reschedule a consultation 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid loss of payment.

How should I interact with the Designer?The Designer requires friendly and helpful communication with partners and clients, as hostility is not tolerated. If partners or clients are hostile, the Designer can cancel the project at any time.

What are the hours when the designer can assist me?The Designer's freelance hours are 7 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday. Not weekends or holidays as the Designer may be active on social media. The Designer will contact you during business days only, during business hours or earlier. Please be advised that the Designer will respond to you within 2 business days after you've sent an email or private message. If you sent an email on Friday or during the weekend, you will be contacted within the next two business days.

How long does it take for the design to be finished?The Designer will inform you, inside the service description and/or by email based on the work volume.

Can I pay the Designer by the hour for a "quick" design as an option?"No, the Designer does not have an hourly rate. Hourly pay is not an option as clients are priced for each project with a flat rate. Projects are scheduled, as the Designer may have a list of projects from current clients.

I need my design done ASAP! Can you rush a design?Yes, depending on the design(s) and deadline. If the client needs the design(s) to be rushed, 50% will be charged on top of the original price. The Designer goes up and beyond for her clients.

What files does the Designer provide?Depending on the design, PSD, PNG, JPEG, and/or AI.

How do I receive the design(s)?Depending on the design(s), by email, link, and/or mail.

Can you print these designs like business cards for me?Yes, printing is available for certain designs. Please inquire with the designer about the design(s) you need to be printed. Shipping options are also available.

What if I do not see the service I need?The Designer is capable of providing a wide range of designs for all of your design needs. Just explain what you need and the Designer will let you know if she can deliver.

What website builder the designer uses?The designer exclusively creates fully customizable websites using Wix website builder. Meaning, the designer does not create websites on WordPress, Shopify and others, but strictly on Wix. Wix websites can showcase services, products, donation forms, and more. Just let the designer know what you need to add to the website.

What am I responsible for regarding a website?Clients are responsible for paying fees for their domain and website. A website requires paid hosting space (monthly or yearly) and a paid domain name (yearly) to stay active online, resting in hosting servers like Godaddy. PLEASE DO NOT pay for premium plans for the website without consulting the designer first. She will recommend the best plan and time for you to pay, so you can save money. When will the website be in my possession & published online officially?After the website is finalized and the remaining balance has been paid, the Client will have to create a Wix account to later receive their website to be transferred from the Designer's account to their account. Then the designer will connect the domain to your website by connecting both servers together.

Can I combine other businesses in one website?No, the designer does not combine two or more businesses into one website. For example, two business entities require two separate brand identities and websites for legal reasons. The designer can create a link on the website page menu or advertisement space to send visitors to other business websites.
